RISECOMM GP (01679) announced that as of 4:00 PM on October 10, 2025 (Friday), which was the deadline for the placement agent to place the unsubscribed rights shares, a total of 81.96 million unsubscribed rights shares were successfully placed at a price of HKD 0.50 per share (the same as the subscription price) to ten independent placees. Therefore, no net proceeds will be available for distribution to non-participating shareholders due to the arrangement for the unsubscribed shares. Following the acceptance results of the rights issue and the placement results for the unsubscribed shares, the total number of rights shares to be allotted and issued (including the unsubscribed shares) amounts to 165 million shares, representing 64.39% of the total rights shares offered for subscription.
