Kingsoft Corporation Limited announced on 22 April 2026 that its 2025 Annual Report and 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance Report are now available in both English and Chinese on the HKEXnews website and the company’s corporate site.

Pursuant to the expanded paperless listing regime under Hong Kong Listing Rule 2.07A, Kingsoft has formally adopted electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications. Shareholders will access documents—such as annual and interim reports, meeting notices, circulars and proxy forms—exclusively through the company and HKEX websites.

Non-registered holders must provide a functional email address to their intermediaries (banks, brokers, custodians or nominees) to receive email notifications when new communications are published. Until an email address is supplied, these holders will receive postal notifications only.

Printed copies of any corporate communication, including the newly released reports, remain available free of charge upon request to the company’s Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, via email or written notice.
