Prudential plc announced that Chief Executive Officer Anil Wadhwani acquired 256,519 ordinary shares on Jun, 01 2026 for nil consideration. The shares were released from a 2023 Long Term Incentive Plan award and related dividend accruals.

The company also disclosed that on Jun, 03 2026 Wadhwani received a conditional award of 419,318 shares under the Prudential Long Term Incentive Plan, granted at HKD 113.13 per share and scheduled to vest in Jun, 2029 subject to performance conditions.

Both transactions were conducted on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange and reported in accordance with regulatory requirements for persons discharging managerial responsibilities.
