Shanghai Forest Cabin Cosmetics Group Co., Ltd. (“Forest Cabin”, 02657.HK) has released the agenda for its 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM), scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on 8 May 2026 at the company’s headquarters in Putuo District, Shanghai.

Key items to be tabled include:

• Financial Reporting and Profit Distribution – Approval of the 2025 directors’ report, audited financial statements and annual report. – Endorsement of the 2025 profit distribution plan and final accounting plan. – Review and approval of the 2026 financial budgetary plan.

• Governance and Board Composition – Re-appointment of the external auditor for 2026 with authority for the board to determine remuneration. – Proposed appointment of Mr. Sun Fuchun as an executive director.

• Capital Management Mandates (Special Resolutions) – Granting of a general mandate to repurchase shares. – Granting of a general mandate to issue, sell and/or transfer treasury shares.

• Constitutional Amendments – Proposed amendments to the Articles of Association and to the Rules of Procedure for both Shareholders’ and Board meetings.

Shareholders on the company’s register by the close of business on 8 May 2026 will be eligible to attend and vote. The register will be closed from 5 May to 8 May 2026 (both days inclusive).

Eligibility for the 2025 final dividend requires share registration by 13 May 2026; the register will be closed from 14 May to 19 May 2026, and only shareholders on record as of 19 May 2026 will qualify for the payout.

Proxy appointments must be lodged with Tricor Investor Services Limited or the company’s Shanghai headquarters no later than 24 hours before the meeting.

The current board comprises Executive Directors Mr. Sun Laichun (Chairman) and Mr. Gao Hongqi; Non-executive Director Ms. Jing Aimei; and Independent Non-executive Directors Mr. Zhu Qian, Mr. Liu Yuliang and Ms. Qiang Yilan.
