Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited data reveals that on August 31, Charming Blaze Limited increased its holdings in GROWN UP GROUP (01842) by 240 million shares.

The acquisition was executed at a price of HK$0.033 per share, bringing the total transaction value to approximately HK$7.92 million.

Following this transaction, Charming Blaze Limited now holds 240 million shares of the company, raising its ownership stake to 16.67%.
