On the same day, INSPUR DIGI ENT announced that all conditions under the placement agreement had been fulfilled, and the placement was completed on November 26, 2025. According to the terms of the agreement, the placing agent allocated a total of 67.634 million placement shares to no fewer than six placees at HK$7.30 per share.
