CSSC Capital 2015 Limited has issued CNY1,000,000,000 1.95 per cent. Guaranteed Notes due 2028, with the listing application made on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. The Notes, offered to professional investors, are issued under a U.S.$3,000,000,000 Guaranteed Medium Term Note Programme.

CSSC (Hong Kong) Shipping Company Limited, which holds Stock Code 3877, unconditionally and irrevocably guarantees the Notes. The listing and permission to deal in the Notes (Stock Code: 85090) are expected to become effective on 13 November 2025. According to the announcement dated 12 November 2025, the Issuer’s directors include Mr. An Yi, Mr. Guo Ju, and Mr. Wang Dongliang. The Guarantor’s board includes executive directors Mr. Li Hongtao and Mr. Liu Hui, non-executive directors Mr. Zhang Qipeng and Mr. Chi Benbin, and independent non-executive directors Mr. Wang Dennis, Mdm. Shing Mo Han Yvonne, BBS, JP, and Mr. Li Hongji.
