The bank also maintained 0.40 billion preference shares in two classes. These preference shares, if converted under specified trigger events at a subscription price of RMB100 per share, could amount to a maximum of 32.52 billion A shares. The public float requirement of 5.00% for the H shares was confirmed to be met, with no share repurchases or other changes reported.
