Where this shift matters most, according to Everbright Securities, is that the arrival of large-model providers into AI-driven drug discovery has fundamentally altered the company's commercial model. The brokerage highlights several key dimensions of this transformation.

In terms of scale, traditional pharmaceutical projects typically advance clinical candidate molecules through a small number of programs, whereas AI large models can generate hundreds or even thousands of candidate sequences in a single iteration.

Regarding pricing, customers are not merely purchasing proteins any longer—they are also acquiring high-value, high-quality structured experimental data, and they are willing to pay a premium for speed.

As for repeat purchase rates, an increasing number of clients are transitioning from single-project engagements to multi-stage, multi-service partnerships, effectively shifting from a simple transactional model to one defined by sustained customer loyalty and recurring orders.

Based on evolving client demand, the company anticipates that AI-driven protein orders will sustain triple-digit percentage growth through the second half of 2026 and beyond.
