Yihai International Holding Ltd. issued a shareholder reminder dated 27 April 2026 reiterating its transition to electronic dissemination of corporate communications.

All future documents—including directors’ reports, annual and interim reports, meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms—will be posted in both English and Chinese on the company website (www.yihchina.com) and the HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk), replacing hard-copy distribution.

The company is soliciting functional email addresses from registered shareholders to ensure prompt delivery of actionable corporate communications. Investors may either: 1) scan the personalised QR code on the enclosed reply form to submit an email address, or 2) complete and return the reply form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Ltd., at 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road East, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

If a valid email address is not provided, Yihai Intl will continue sending actionable corporate communications in printed form until electronic details are supplied.

Shareholders preferring printed copies for all corporate communications may request them via the reply form or by emailing yihchina.ecom@computershare.com.hk, noting that such instructions remain valid for one year from receipt.
