Ev Dynamics (Holdings) Limited (stock code: 476) announced that, effective 27 October 2025, two new appointments have been made to its board of directors. The company has appointed Mr. Zeng Yan as an executive director and Ms. Chiang Siu Ling, Samantha as an independent non-executive director.

Mr. Zeng, aged 36, has been serving as General Manager of Zhongtong Kinetic Energy (Hangzhou) Technology Company Limited, a subsidiary of the group. He holds a bachelor’s degree in management from Zhejiang University and a master of science in international economics, banking, and finance from Cardiff University. His previous roles include positions at BDO China, CITIC Securities Company Limited, and Beijing Xiyi Assets Management Company Limited. Under his two-year appointment letter, effective 27 October 2025, Mr. Zeng will receive an annual remuneration of HK$1,080,000 plus a discretionary bonus subject to board and market conditions.

Ms. Chiang, aged 65, holds a PhD in Communication Studies from the Macau University of Science and Technology, where she currently serves as Vice Dean of the Faculty of Humanities and Arts and a PhD supervisor. She is also a member of the Cultural Development Advisory Committee of the Macao SAR. Her appointment as an independent non-executive director runs from 27 October 2025 to 26 October 2027, with an annual director’s fee of HK$100,000. She has confirmed her independence in accordance with the criteria set forth in the Listing Rules.

Both new appointees are subject to retirement by rotation and re-election at the company’s forthcoming annual general meeting. The board has extended a warm welcome to Mr. Zeng and Ms. Chiang on their appointments.
