RoboSense Technology Co., Ltd. (ROBOSENSE) announced that Johnson Wan, aged 46, joined the Group as Deputy Chief Financial Officer effective 24 April 2026. Wan will assist current CFO Lau Wing Kee in accounting, financial management and taxation, while spearheading capital management, corporate finance, investor relations and overall capital-markets development.

Wan adds more than 20 years of global sell-side and buy-side experience to ROBOSENSE. Most recently, he was Managing Director and Head of APAC Industrials, Mobility, New Energy, Commodities & Transportation Equity Research at Jefferies Hong Kong, where he consistently ranked top three in Asia in the Extel Institutional Investor Survey. His prior roles include Portfolio Manager at Brilliance Capital Management and leadership of Asia Basic Materials and Oil & Gas Equity Research at Deutsche Bank AG (Hong Kong).

Beyond capital-markets credentials, Wan has served on the boards of three Hong Kong-listed companies—Kunming Dianchi Water Treatment Co., Ltd., New Provenance Everlasting Holdings Limited and Longhui International Holdings Limited—between 2020 and 2021, adding corporate-governance expertise to his profile.

Wan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Mathematics (Finance) from the University of Toronto, a Master’s degree in Statistics from the University of Michigan and an MBA from London Business School.

The Board indicated no other relationships, shareholdings or positions relevant under Hong Kong Listing Rules for Wan at the time of appointment.
