Following a final ruling in the equity transfer dispute with Sunvalley E-commerce (HK) Limited, the case has entered the execution phase, and the courts have recently placed the company on the dishonesty list. The total execution amount involved is 114 million yuan, and so far, courts have cumulatively frozen and deducted 72.8715 million yuan from the company's bank accounts. Since the actual deductions have not covered the full execution amount, further enforcement measures may be pursued. The company has previously made provisions for expected liabilities, and management states this matter will not have a material adverse impact on normal operations.
