China Everbright Water Limited said in a filing on Jan, 02 2026 that there were no movements in its share capital during the month ended Dec, 31 2025.

The company’s authorised share capital remained at 10.0 billion ordinary shares, while issued shares were steady at about 2.86 billion. No treasury shares were held, and there were no share options, warrants, convertibles or other arrangements that could dilute the share base, the filing added.
