Mingfa Group (International) Company Limited (Stock Code: 00846) reported an update on the restructuring of the respective boards of directors for its PRC subsidiaries. As noted in previous announcements published from 26 February 2021 to 30 December 2025, multiple steps have been undertaken to change the directors of several subsidiaries.

According to the latest information dated 30 January 2026, two remaining PRC subsidiaries have submitted applications for director changes to local regulatory authorities and are awaiting final approvals. The restructuring process at the subsidiary level is set to complete once the relevant local bureaus issue their approvals.
