On 28 April 2026, Uni-President China Holdings Ltd. released its 2025 Annual Report, AGM circular and proxy form in both English and Chinese. The documents are now accessible on the company’s website (www.uni-president.com.cn) and on HKEXnews.

Alongside the statutory filings, the group published its 2025 Sustainability Report exclusively in electronic format under the “Sustainability Report” section of its website.

Complying with the revised Listing Rule 2.07A, Uni-President China has switched to electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications. Shareholders are urged to provide a functional email address—via a personalised QR code or reply form—to receive timely notifications. Those who do not supply an email address must monitor the company and HKEX websites for updates; printed copies of actionable corporate communications will continue to be mailed.

Shareholders may still request hard copies of future communications for a one-year period by submitting a written instruction to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited.
