Medicskin Reports Stable Share Capital and Confirms Public-Float Compliance for May 2026

Hong Kong – 1 June 2026 – Medicskin Holdings Limited released its Monthly Return for the period ended 31 May 2026, confirming a steady share-capital structure and compliance with GEM listing requirements.

Authorised and Issued Share Capital • Authorised share capital remained unchanged at 1.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01, equivalent to HKD 10.00 million.

• Issued share count stood at 396.74 million ordinary shares, identical to the previous month. The company held no treasury shares, and there were no share repurchases, cancellations, or new issues during May.

Public-Float Status • Medicskin affirmed that it satisfied the minimum 25% public-float threshold stipulated under GEM Rule 17.37D(1) as at 31 May 2026.

Equity Incentive Arrangements • The Share Option Scheme adopted on 27 September 2024 showed no outstanding or newly granted options in May. • The scheme still permits the potential issuance of up to 39.67 million shares, but no options were exercised, and no funds were raised from option exercises during the month.

Other Capital Instruments • The issuer reported no warrants, convertible securities, or other share-linked agreements outstanding or transacted in May.

Governance Confirmation • Executive Director and Company Secretary Ms Christine Sin certified that all regulatory, legal and listing-rule obligations related to the company’s securities were duly observed.

Bottom Line For May 2026, Medicskin maintained a stable capital base with no equity movements, upheld its public-float requirements, and retains capacity for future option grants under its existing scheme.
