RS MACALLINE (01528) has issued an announcement stating that the company recently received a notice from its sponsor, China International Capital Corporation Limited (CICC), regarding the replacement of continuing supervision sponsorship representatives.

CICC, serving as the sponsor for the company's initial public offering of A-shares and the 2020 private placement of A-shares, originally designated Mr. Xie Jingxin and Mr. Xing Ke as the continuing supervision sponsorship representatives. Due to work adjustments, Mr. Xing Ke will no longer serve in this role.

To ensure the orderly progress of continuing supervision, CICC has appointed Mr. Zeng Qinglin to replace Mr. Xing Ke. Mr. Zeng will assume the responsibilities of continuing supervision sponsorship representative until the completion of the supervision period as stipulated by the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the Shanghai Stock Exchange.

Following this change, the continuing supervision sponsorship representatives for RS MACALLINE's initial public offering and 2020 private placement of A-shares will be Mr. Xie Jingxin and Mr. Zeng Qinglin.
