The company has become the first centrally-administered state-owned enterprise's tertiary-level logistics technology subsidiary to be relocated and established in Xiong'an New Area in 2026 through market-oriented means. China Railway Materials Logistics Technology Company is the wholly-owned subsidiary of China Railway Materials Group, the specialized flagship enterprise in the materials and logistics sector within China Railway Construction Corporation's "8+N" industrial structure. China Railway Materials Group is a globally leading rail exporter and cement purchaser, consistently ranking at the forefront of "China's Top 50 Logistics Enterprises" for many years, and is currently driving the transformation from traditional materials trading to modern supply chain services with digital transformation as its core strategy and the vision of becoming a "Digital-Intelligent Supply Chain Integrated Service Provider." Following the relocation, China Railway Materials Logistics Technology Company will leverage the policy and geographical advantages of Xiong'an New Area to focus on providing one-stop, customized logistics and warehousing solutions and supply chain services primarily for enterprises within the upstream and downstream supply chain of China Railway Construction Corporation. It is understood that, to date, China Railway Construction Corporation has already established 16 secondary and tertiary-level subsidiaries in the Xiong'an New Area.
