SHENGLONG INTL (08481) has announced changes to its board of directors and management team, effective from July 30, 2026.

Mr. Fang Xu has resigned from his positions as executive director and compliance officer, while Ms. Sheng Sainan has also stepped down as an executive director.

In their place, Ms. Han Jianping has been appointed as an executive director and compliance officer. Additionally, Ms. Lv Miaoling has been appointed as an executive director.
