Efforts should also be made to extend producer services towards specialization and the high end of the value chain, while promoting the high-quality, diversified, and convenient development of consumer services. Deepening and expanding the "AI+" initiative is essential, with greater efforts to foster mutual reinforcement and integrated development between the service and manufacturing sectors. Furthermore, solid work must be done in serving enterprises, enhancing the targeting and effectiveness of support measures, and continuously building a first-class market-oriented, law-based, and international business environment to create favorable conditions for companies operating in Shenzhen.
