United Overseas Australia moves 49,657 shares from SGX to ASX

United Overseas Australia Ltd (UOS) said on Oct, 1 2025 that 49,657 ordinary shares were transferred from its Singapore Exchange listing (UOSAA) to its Australian Securities Exchange listing (UOS).

Following the transfer, the company holds 348,019,315 shares on ASX, up from 347,969,658, while its SGX-quoted shares declined to 1,349,631,954 from 1,349,681,611.

The total issued share capital remains unchanged at 1,697,651,269 shares.
