Baige Online Digital Technology Co., Ltd. (stock short name: BAIGE DIGITAL) has called its first Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of 2026 for 10:30 a.m. on 16 October 2026 at 24/F, No. 491 Gaolin Middle Road, Huli District, Xiamen, Fujian Province.

Key resolutions to be tabled:

1. Board Composition • Appointment of Mr. Zhu Tao as a non-executive director. • Appointment of Mr. Lu Weidong as an independent non-executive director.

2. Share Liquidity • Approval of the company’s application for full circulation of currently unlisted shares on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. • Granting the board—and its delegated persons—full authority to manage all procedures related to the share-circulation application.

3. Executive Compensation • Payment of additional remuneration to executive directors Mr. Tu Jinbo and Mr. Shi Wenzheng.
