Mr. Teng Hongmeng has applied to resign from his position as Chief Financial Officer due to reaching the statutory retirement age. Following his resignation, Mr. Teng Hongmeng will not hold any position at the company or its controlled subsidiaries.

The company held the 21st meeting of the seventh board of directors on October 16, 2026, at which the "Proposal on Appointing the Company's Chief Financial Officer" was reviewed and approved. Upon nomination by the general manager and approval by the board nomination committee and the board audit committee, the appointment of Zou Qingbao as the company's Chief Financial Officer was approved, with a term commencing from the date of approval by this board meeting and ending on the date of expiration of the seventh board of directors' term.
