Mininglamp Technology announced that, in accordance with Rule 2.07A of the Hong Kong Listing Rules, all future corporate communications will be provided exclusively in electronic form on the company’s website (www.mininglamp.com) and on HKEX’s website (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies will be supplied only upon specific request.

The company will discontinue the practice of issuing separate notifications to non-registered shareholders when new documents are posted online. Instead, stakeholders are expected to monitor the referenced websites for updates.

Non-registered shareholders who prefer hard-copy materials may submit the enclosed Request Form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, or send an email to 2718-ecom@vistra.com. The chosen preference will remain effective until formally amended or revoked.
