China Medical System Holdings Limited (CMS) has formalised a comprehensive move to electronic dissemination for all future corporate communications, effective 1 September 2026.

Key points:

• Scope of documents: The electronic distribution covers directors’ reports, annual and interim reports (and any summaries), meeting notices, listing documents, circulars and proxy forms.

• Access channels: Shareholders can retrieve all future materials through three designated websites—CMS (www.cms.net.cn), HKEXnews (www.hkexnews.hk) and the Singapore Exchange (www.sgx.com). Printed copies will no longer be sent automatically.

• Required shareholder action: – Non-registered shareholders must supply their e-mail addresses to their respective banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited (“Intermediaries”) to ensure receipt of electronic notifications. – Investors preferring hard-copy documents can submit a completed reply form to the Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, or send an e-mail to chinamedical.ecom@computershare.com.hk.

• Opt-in for print: The reply form allows shareholders to request printed versions of future communications; incomplete or incorrectly filled forms will be void.

• Enquiry support: Questions can be directed to the share registrar’s hotline at (+852) 2862 8688, Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. (Hong Kong time), excluding public holidays.

The initiative, authorised by the Board and signed by Chairman Lam Kong, aligns CMS with evolving regulatory practices that favour digital disclosure, while still accommodating investors who opt for traditional print.
