Seaport recommended buying the dip in the maker of precision silicon timing systems.

Reiterated Ratings

Daiwa reiterates Apple as Outperform

Daiwa raised its price target on the iPhone maker but warned of several headwinds ahead for Apple.

“Continued shift to Pro models and the Duo could support margins even with lower units. But 2H27 faces tougher comps and higher memory prices, while Apple’s biggest strength remains its huge ecosystem. We raise our target price to $375 from $335, or 36x FY28E EPS of $10.45.”

Morgan Stanley reiterates SpaceX as Overweight

Morgan Stanley recommended buying the weakness in SpaceX shares.

“The post-midterm SPCX sell-off is driven (in part) by anti data center sentiment. Intriguing... because SPCX’s long-term model is a natural hedge to NIMBYism and an ‘n of 1’ in physical AI. The diffusion of today’s AI trade into space/robotics adds potentially trillions of TAM and millions of new jobs across many US states.”

Bank of America reiterates Nvidia as Buy

Bank of America called Nvidia “best of breed.”

“Our $350 PO is based on 22x CY27E PE ex cash, within NVDA’s historical 15x-56x forward year PE range, which we believe is justified by NVDA’s leading share in fast-growing AI compute/networking markets, offset by lumpiness in global AI projects, cyclical gaming market, and concerns around access to power.”

Guggenheim reiterates Netflix as Buy

Guggenheim sees plenty of positive catalysts ahead in 2027 for Netflix.

“Three drivers offer upside to sentiment in 2027 & to financials into 2028, in our view: 1) additional sports and live events, including a first-quarter NFL game and the Women’s World Cup in 2027, with NFL rights extended through 2029-30. 2) a rejuvenated content cycle under new Chief Content Officer Peter Rice... 3) expanded third-party arrangements....”

Downgrades

Citigroup downgrades BJ’s to Neutral from Buy

Citigroup sees a more balanced risk/reward profile for BJ’s Wholesale Club.

“There’s a lot of optimism priced into shares at this point — 3Q SSS should beat plan of 2-3%/ Street +2.8%, the warehouse club sector is seeing strong underlying sales trends driven by traffic gains from high gas prices, and valuations have risen as investors flocked to staples retail as an inflation hedge.”

Bank of America downgrades TripAdvisor to Underperform from Buy

Bank of America said growth is slowing for the online travel website company.

“We downgrade TRIP to Underperform from Buy due to: (1) increased execution risk with both the CEO & CFO departing over the next few months amid an ongoing restructuring; (2) sharply slowing growth, with 3Q rev. -11% y/y vs. guide of -7% to -10% and 4Q guided down low-teens vs. Street at -5%.”
