DAIDO GROUP (00544) announced that all conditions under the subscription agreement have been fulfilled, and completion occurred on December 31, 2025, in accordance with the agreement's terms and conditions. The subscriber has successfully subscribed for a total of 10 million subscription shares at a price of HK$2.00 per share. The total of 10 million subscription shares represents approximately 28.72% of the company's issued share capital immediately prior to the completion; and approximately 22.31% of the company's issued share capital as enlarged by the allotment and issue of the subscription shares.
