Edianyun Limited disclosed its Monthly Return on Movements in Securities for the period ended 31 May 2026, highlighting modest changes driven entirely by employee share-based incentives.

Key figures for May 2026 • Authorised share capital stayed unchanged at 1.40 billion ordinary shares with a total par value of USD 70,000.

• Issued share capital (excluding treasury shares) increased by 641,523 shares, rising from 509.87 million to 510.51 million. This represents a 0.13% month-on-month expansion of the outstanding share base.

• Treasury shares were unchanged at 27.81 million, keeping total issued shares (including treasury) at 538.32 million.

• Total funds received from option exercises amounted to HKD 1.18 million.

Share-based incentive activity 1. Pre-IPO Option Plan – 78,640 options were exercised, generating the same number of new shares. 2. 2023 Share Scheme – 562,883 options were exercised while 604,235 options were cancelled. – Net option exercises under the scheme produced 562,883 new shares. – Outstanding options under the scheme stood at 28.53 million at month-end, with capacity to issue up to 35.48 million shares in future grants.

Other equity instruments • No movement was recorded in warrants, convertibles or other share-issuance agreements during the month. • Share awards authorised under the 2023 Share Scheme total 7.72 million shares; none were issued in May.

Regulatory compliance Edianyun confirmed that its public float continues to meet the minimum 25% threshold required under the Main Board Listing Rules as of 31 May 2026. All new share issuances were duly authorised, and proceeds have been received in full.

Post-transaction capital profile • Authorised capital utilisation: 510.51 million issued shares (excluding treasury) represent 36.46% of the 1.40 billion shares authorised. • Outstanding employee options and potential awards could add up to 36.48 million shares, implying a maximum additional dilution of 7.15% if fully exercised or vested.

In summary, May’s activity modestly increased Edianyun’s issued share count through employee option exercises while leaving treasury shares and authorised capital unchanged. The company continues to satisfy Hong Kong Stock Exchange public-float requirements.
