On 23 April 2026, WEILONG Delicious Global Holdings Ltd announced that its English and Chinese 2025 Annual Report is now available on both the company’s website (www.weilongshipin.com) and the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk).

The board strongly encourages stakeholders to access the online version, highlighting its immediacy and environmental benefits.

Non-registered shareholders who encounter difficulties with electronic access—or who simply prefer hard copies—may obtain printed versions free of charge. To do so, they must complete and sign the enclosed request form and return it to Tricor Investor Services Ltd, the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, using the prepaid mailing label, or send the request by email to 9985-ecom@vistra.com.

Shareholders holding WEILONG shares through banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Ltd can opt to receive future corporate communications electronically by providing a functional email address to their intermediaries. Until a valid address is supplied, the company will continue to dispatch printed notices of publication and any actionable documents.

The chosen communication preference will remain effective for all future corporate documents until the shareholder submits a written change request to Tricor or until 31 December 2026, whichever comes first.
