By the end of November 2025, SUNAC's cumulative contracted sales amounted to approximately RMB33.89 billion, reflecting a 25.34% decline compared to the same period last year. The total contracted sales area reached about 1.181 million square meters, with an average selling price of RMB28,700 per square meter.
