Coastal Greenland Limited announced that trading in its shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange was suspended at 9:00 a.m. on 24 August 2026. The halt was requested by the company while it prepares an announcement under the Hong Kong Code on Takeovers and Mergers, which will contain inside information.

The board is chaired by Jiang Ming and currently comprises two executive directors (Jiang Ming and Lin Chen Hsin), two non-executive directors (Qiu Guizhong and Zhou Xiya), and three independent non-executive directors (Wong Kai Cheong, Yang Jiangang and Huang Xihua).
