Jintai Energy Holdings Limited (2728) announced that, effective 27 October 2025, Mr. Yip Sing has ceased to act as its company secretary and authorised representative under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and under the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong).

According to the board, there are no matters relating to Mr. Yip’s departure that need to be brought to the attention of shareholders or The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. Following this change, Mr. Chan Chun Hin has been appointed as the new company secretary and authorised representative of the company.

Mr. Chan possesses experience in corporate governance, compliance, auditing, accounting, and corporate finance. He is currently the company secretary of JLogo Holdings Limited (8527), a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration in accountancy from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

The board expressed appreciation for Mr. Yip’s contribution during his tenure and extended a welcome to Mr. Chan on his new appointment.
