HUTCHMED (00013) announced that the Board of Directors has been informed that the Company's Executive Director Dr. Su Weiguo will temporarily suspend his duties as Chief Executive Officer due to health reasons. In light of this, the Board has appointed Mr. Zheng Zefeng, the Company's Executive Director and Chief Financial Officer, as Interim Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. In addition to his role as Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Zheng will oversee the Company's daily operations and management during the transition period to ensure continuity in the Company's leadership and decision-making.
