Wisdomcome Group Holdings Limited (8079) has announced that Mr. Andre Pierre Lajeunesse will be appointed as an executive director effective January 26, 2026. Mr. Lajeunesse, aged 65, holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Windsor in Canada and has been a CFA charterholder since 1988.

Mr. Lajeunesse has extensive experience in global capital markets, including senior positions at major banks in Toronto, New York, Singapore, and Hong Kong. He served for eight years at Toronto Dominion Bank, another eight years at ABN Amro, and most recently retired from CIBC Hong Kong after 11 years as Managing Director and Head of Asian Capital Markets. He was also a Responsible Officer (Type 1 and 4).

Under the terms of his appointment, Mr. Lajeunesse will serve an initial one-year term subject to three months’ termination notice by either party. He will stand for retirement and re-election at the first annual general meeting after his appointment, followed by rotation and re-election once every three years in accordance with the Company’s articles of association and applicable listing rules. He will receive an annual director’s fee of HK$120,000, determined by the board based on the recommendation of the remuneration committee.

Mr. Lajeunesse was an independent non-executive director of FEG Holdings Corporation Limited (1413) from June 2025 to September 2025. At the time of this announcement, he does not hold any position within Wisdomcome Group Holdings Limited or its affiliates other than the upcoming directorship, has no relationship with the Company’s existing or proposed directors, and holds no interests in the Company’s shares.

The board extended a welcome to Mr. Lajeunesse upon his appointment.
