The circular outlines four key proposals to be put before shareholders at the Annual General Meeting scheduled for 21 May 2026: 1. Granting new general mandates to issue additional shares and to repurchase the company’s own shares. 2. Re-election of directors. 3. Amendments to the Second Amended and Restated Articles of Association. 4. Notice of the 2026 AGM.

Non-registered shareholders can request printed copies free of charge from the Hong Kong Share Registrar, Union Registrars Limited, or by email (2203-corpcomm@unionregistrars.com.hk). Shareholders holding shares through intermediaries may also provide functional email addresses to receive future corporate communications electronically.
