His resume shows that Guo Hua, 54 years old, served from December 2009 to January 2016 successively as Vice President of the Bazhong Sub-branch of China Construction Bank (CCB), Party Branch Committee Member, Party General Branch Committee Member, Vice President of the Bazhong Branch, and Party Committee Member.

From January 2016 to October 2017, he served as Vice President and Party Committee Member of CCB's Dazhou Branch.

From October 2017 to September 2018, he held the position of Deputy General Manager of the Personal Banking Department at CCB's Sichuan Provincial Branch.

From September 2018 to May 2019, he served as Vice President and Party Committee Member of CCB's Panzhihua Branch.

From May 2019 to April 2022, he served successively as Deputy General Manager of the Corporate Business Department, and Deputy General Manager of the Corporate Business Department (Group Customer Department) at CCB's Sichuan Provincial Branch.

From April 2022 to June 2022, he held the position of Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Sichuan Bank's Panzhihua Branch.

From June 2022 to April 2024, he served as Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee and President of Sichuan Bank's Panzhihua Branch.
