Nanyou Logistics has fully implemented the "Guidelines for Shipping Enterprises to Fulfill the Main Responsibility for Safety Production (Version 1.0)" requirement of "self-managing own vessels," further strengthening the main responsibility for the safety management of hazardous goods transportation. The company has successfully completed the transfer of management rights for 22 Xinpingjiang oil tankers, bringing all vessels previously managed by Wuhan Nanyou under the direct management of Nanyou Logistics. Under the careful guidance of maritime authorities in Nanjing and Wuhan, this direct management transfer has unified vessel ownership and safety management authority, effectively streamlining management levels, shortening control chains, and enhancing vessel supervision capabilities and emergency response efficiency. In the next step, Nanyou Logistics will continue to strengthen safety production management, fully leverage the advantages of direct vessel management, promote fleet operations and capacity iteration and upgrading through standardized and intensive management, comprehensively improve the quality and efficiency of vessel control, and ensure the compliant and safe operation of the fleet.
