Standard Chartered PLC (HKEX: 02888) has announced the repurchase of 363,800 of its own shares on September 4, 2026, at a total cost of approximately £8.15 million.

The buyback transaction, executed at an average price of roughly £22.40 per share, forms part of the group's ongoing capital management program.
