The appointment is subject to approval of his qualifications by the Henan Bureau of the National Financial Regulatory Administration. On November 10, 2025, Mr. Zhou Feng was elected as vice chairman of the third-term board of directors at a board meeting. His term will commence upon regulatory approval and last until the end of the current board term, with eligibility for re-election. On the same day, Mr. Gao Baohong was democratically elected as an employee director of the third-term board by the bank's employee representative assembly. His appointment is also pending regulatory approval.
