Hang Lung Properties Limited announced on 31 July 2026 that Independent Non-Executive Director Ms. Xiao Bin Wang has been appointed as a member of the company’s Audit Committee with immediate effect.

Ms. Wang is a Chartered Accountant in Australia and a member of CPA Australia. The board highlighted her extensive experience in audit, corporate finance and risk management, citing her current positions on audit and risk committees of other listed companies as evidence of her suitability for the role.
