China National Building Material Company Limited (CNBM) has released an updated announcement confirming a final ordinary dividend of RMB 0.15 per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. Based on an exchange rate of RMB 1 = HKD 1.1415, shareholders registered on the Hong Kong share register will receive HKD 0.1712 per share.

Shareholders approved the payout on 29 April 2026. The stock will trade ex-dividend on 4 May 2026, with the book close period running from 6 May to 12 May 2026. Non-resident individual shareholders face a standard 10% or 20% withholding rate depending on the applicable tax treaty between their jurisdiction and the PRC.
