Champion Technology Holdings Limited released an updated list of directors and their committee roles on 18 May 2026.

The six-member Board now comprises: • Executive Directors: Ms. Wong Man Winny (Chairperson) and Mr. King Hap Lee. • Non-executive Director: Mr. Liu Ka Lim. • Independent Non-executive Directors (INEDs): Mr. Leung Man Fai, Mr. Chan Yik Hei and Mr. Wong Yuk Man Edmand.

Committee assignments are as follows: • Audit Committee: chaired by INED Mr. Leung Man Fai, with INEDs Mr. Chan Yik Hei and Mr. Wong Yuk Man Edmand as members. • Human Resources and Remuneration Committee: also chaired by Mr. Leung Man Fai, joined by the same two INEDs. • Nomination Committee: chaired by Mr. Leung Man Fai, with Mr. Chan Yik Hei and Mr. Wong Yuk Man Edmand as members; Non-executive Director Mr. Liu Ka Lim serves as committee chairman. • Investment Committee: Mr. Leung Man Fai acts as the sole INED member; Mr. Liu Ka Lim chairs the committee.
