CULTURECOM HOLD (00343) announced that all preconditions for the warrant placement have been fulfilled, and the warrant placement was completed on September 2, 2025, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the warrant placement agreement. Under the warrant placement agreement, the placing agent has successfully placed a total of 200 million warrants at a placement price of HK$0.031 per warrant to no fewer than 6 placees. The net proceeds from the warrant issuance amount to approximately HK$5.45 million, which will be used for the group's general working capital, including payment of salaries, rental expenses, information technology services, and other office expenses of the group.
