Crown International Corporation Limited (00727) disclosed that it has issued 953.88 million new ordinary shares through a rights issue on the basis of three rights shares for every one share held, at HKD 0.65 per share. This non-underwritten arrangement was detailed in the company’s prospectus dated 29 January 2026 and further announced on 23 February 2026.

Following the rights issue, the company’s total issued share capital increased from 317.96 million shares to 1.27 billion shares. The rights issue has been duly authorized by the board and completed in compliance with the applicable regulatory requirements.
