Circuit Fabology Microelectronics Equipment Co., Ltd. (CFMEE) disclosed that on 15 July 2026 it issued and allotted 1.93 million H shares at HKD 252.73 each following the full exercise of the over-allotment option announced on 13 July 2026.

The new shares represent 15.00 % of CFMEE’s prior issued share base of 12.84 million shares, expanding total issued shares to 14.76 million. The transaction generated gross proceeds of approximately HKD 486.69 million.

No treasury shares were involved, and there were no share repurchases or cancellations reported for the period. All regulatory approvals and listing requirements have been met, according to the company’s filing signed by Executive Director Wei Yongzhen.
