Newlink Technology Inc. has scheduled a board meeting for 25 August 2026 to review and approve the consolidated interim results for the six months ended 30 June 2026. The agenda also includes deliberation on a possible interim dividend declaration.

The notice, dated 13 August 2026 and signed by Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Zhai Shuchun, confirms that any dividend recommendation arising from the meeting will be disclosed alongside the interim results.

As of the announcement date, the board comprises three executive directors—Zhai Shuchun, Qin Yi and Li Xiaodong—and three independent non-executive directors—Tang Baoqi, Yang Juan and You Linfeng.
