During the 23rd China-ASEAN Expo on the morning of September 21, embodied intelligence robotics company Xuanji Power made its global debut of the Hypertron-SW01, a cross-industry medium-sized quadruped robot. The launch featured a fully upgraded integrated solution combining the robot body, proprietary AI software systems, and an ecosystem framework, designed to deliver "out-of-the-box deployment and immediate on-site operation."
The Hypertron-SW01 stands out in its class with superior power performance, offering a 40-kilogram payload capacity for all-terrain movement and an extended battery life of up to 6 hours. It can easily climb 45-degree slopes and overcome 1-meter-high obstacles, while maintaining flexible and continuous movement through narrow corridors and multi-story stairwells. The new model incorporates the self-developed joint motor module AT-S240, which delivers a peak torque of 240N·m, ensuring high-load, stable operation even under complex terrain impacts—truly combining strength with agility in a single platform.
The SW01 also complements Xuanji Power's existing industry-grade large quadruped robot T01, forming a product matrix that balances heavy-duty and lightweight applications. While the T01 is optimized for heavy-load scenarios, the SW01 focuses on long-distance inspection tasks, allowing flexible configuration to directly address core operational needs in sectors like power and energy, emergency response, fire protection, and smart parks.
Alongside the hardware, Xuanji Power has upgraded two proprietary AI software systems. The new self-developed AI all-terrain environment perception system elevates environmental awareness from 2D to 3D spatial intelligent decision-making, enabling advanced route and gait planning in complex terrains. The newly released AI intelligent inspection management platform integrates multi-robot collaborative scheduling, smart path planning, and multi-level access control, reducing what previously took hours to plan into a matter of minutes.
