TSE SUI LUEN (00417) announced that effective November 4, 2025: (i) Ms. Cheng Hang Yi has resigned as the company secretary to dedicate more time to her other business commitments; (ii) Mr. Chan Wai Hong has stepped down as the company's authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of the Stock Exchange. Mr. Chan will continue to serve as an independent non-executive director of the company, as well as a member of the Audit Committee, Nomination Committee, and Remuneration Committee; and (iii) Mr. Wong Ying Kit has been appointed as the company secretary and authorized representative.
