02/13

Callaway Golf Company's stock plummeted 16.67% in post-market trading following the release of its fourth quarter and full year 2025 financial results.

The sharp decline came as the company reported disappointing Q4 performance, with golf clubs net sales dropping 7.1% to $166.1 million. The company posted a GAAP operating loss of $54.1 million for the quarter and negative Adjusted EBITDA of $25.1 million, representing a significant deterioration from the prior year period.

Investors reacted negatively to the weak results and the company's 2026 guidance, which projects revenue between $1.98 billion and $2.05 billion and Adjusted EBITDA between $170 million and $195 million, both below 2025 levels. The decline in golf equipment sales and increased tariff expenses contributed to the poor quarterly performance.
